Minimum guest standards

Every package has a minimum guest count so we can bring the full mobile experience to you—fresh florals, setup, instruction, and cleanup included. Smaller groups are welcome, but the minimum total rate still applies.

Booking policies

  • ✓Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
  • ✓Final payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
  • ✓Cancellations 14+ days out: Deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date within 90 days or issued as store credit.
  • ✓Cancellations 7–13 days out: Deposit is forfeited; final balance is not charged.
  • ✓Cancellations within 7 days: Deposit is forfeited and the full event balance becomes due.
  • ✓Rescheduling: One free reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
  • ✓Weather: Outdoor events require a covered indoor backup location. Severe-weather cancellations may be rescheduled.

Availability: Monday–Friday we host 2-hour evening experiences starting at 6:00 PM or later. Saturdays are open all day. Sundays are afternoon-only, starting at 1:00 PM or later. Booked time slots are removed automatically.

Experience length: 2 hours — this determines which time slots are available.

Soonest available: Thursday, Oct 29. Greyed-out days aren't available for this package.

This package requires a minimum of 10 guests — the minimum is filled in for you automatically.
